Hair dryer not enuff heat..oven worry later u accidentally cook ur headlamp..lighter bad idea...Shd use heat gun...Don't tink the plastic casing so easily melt..coz the headlamps itself quite hot oready.. ...

Yes....alex has to use the heat gun...if you are thinking of spraying the interior of ur headlamps...take quite some time & patience...

Heat gun looks like a hairdryer..but if u use on ur hair after tat need to go to Yun Nam Hair Care.."It's Works!!"...Keke Not sure if it is cost effective to buy one juz for tis DIY..Don't tink it's cheap.. ..only option is to borrow frm someone..those who work relating to mechanical shd hav access to it..Last time, bro Skydrol hav access to a heat gun and we used it to tint his frend's headlamp...Now, he's in Melbourne...

If u afraid tat the whole light cover might melt when using the heat gun,try to use branded ones like black & decker or bosch coz they comes with different sizes of attachment funnel .Smallest funnel about 10mm diameter. But no funnel still easier to use.Have to heat bit by bit and at the same time start to peel the cover, if u diy might be a bit messy with the black thing..
