Who's interested?? Looking at about 50 SUVs.
In the middle of planning a fabulous 2D1N trip to Mersing (Fishing Bay Resort) on Nov 24-25' 2007 which consists of:
a roadtrip, offroading, sun, sand, and the sea, offroading, meals at a gorgeous beach resort, offroading, a BBQ, offroading, a night's stay and more offroading. And oh, did I mention offroading?
Arrangements have been made with the Mersing Forestry Council, and all offroading activities will have legal and official backup and recovery.

How the payment works: Members can share the cost (up to the max capacity per room), and each member needs to fork out his or her individual contribution for the meals and BBQ which will be catered for. E.g. 3 adult members share a Deluxe room = $120. Plus meals for 3 adults = 3 x $40 = $120 TOTAL = $240

Hi Kit71, How you survive man? Managing your 4 months old baby during the off-road expedition.

It's actually nothing. Just a very softcore off roading. If it's hardcore, I wouldn't go. Don't forget, baby like to be rock. Basically, this baby can sit & play on his own.
Luckily, my wife like off-roading too. When she drives, she's like heee.. harrrr.... surprisingly, she can still handle well when the car's like drifting on muddy road.

Hi Kit71 But how to manage those bottles and milk? Especially those long drive to M'sia. Reason of asking, I may want to join in for the Mar'08 event, but worry for 2 things 1) my 2nd baby (should be 3-4 months by then) and whether my sportage can handle it (as didn't mod anything). It'll be great can give me some pointers on that.

It'll be great can give me some pointers on that. Yes, I agree it's kinda troublesome to handle those botttles in the car during long trip. We never use bottles, never bring milk powder and blah blah., cos all are our kids are 100% fully breastfeed. U can buy sterilising tablets instead of getting the whole electrical steriliser along. However, I urge yr wife can breastfeed yr baby, it's kinda difficult for a headstart, but it's convenient after getting so use to it. Moreover, it truely benefit both mummy & the infant. My wife is a qualified breastfeeding consultant, and had been doing volunteer consultation. Let me know if u need some advise. It's free. We would like to see another healthy baby around. Secondly, my car did not mod anything either. Just that 4 AT tyes., that's all. You'll not be the only one without AT tyres. Zaw's do not hv AT tyres, and can get around smoothly. Rest assure, the trip committe always take care of the 2WD. You won't see a hardcore offroad in major event.
