Jus wanna record my experience today...
Tot the servicing would only take like 30min the most but...
Firstly, I was told that I can't use my own oil and filter. My last Matrix, there wasnt such problem. So boh pian, had to use theirs. The prob is I already bought 2 sets (oil and filter) from outside for my 1k and 5k servicing. Now dunno wat to do with them.
Had to wait for 2 hours. 1k servicing and not many cars still take 2 hours (Upper thomson satellite centre)? jus change oil mah...
Luckily Henry brightened my day. He is from the Leng Kee outlet. Called me to say that my LED side mirror can be installed liao. Should have jus gone straight there. Found out that there is a fast lane (I assume for minor servicing like mine). Should be faster. btw I went home to get my books first before heading to Leng Kee
Die ...my UniSIM exams on Thurs... din expect to waste so much time at Thomson... Better get back to books!
Moral of the story: Go Leng Kee? and bring books while waiting?

Fastlane doesn't mean servicing fast, it's only for 'fast' drop off of car for servicing.
Anything U want to do @ C&C, assume at least half a day, drop off morning, collect after lunch.
For me, I went back to C&C till I hit 10k(or 11.5k as service guys put it) after which I go to external workshops, and I BYO filter + oil.

It's my turn today to do the 1k servicing at Leng Kee branch. This is the account: 1. C&C sent me a SMS to drop off the car at 0730hrs today when my SE had booked my timing at 1000hr. So no choice la, went at 0730hrs to drop off the car. 2. Told the Service adviser that I want them to check the brake becos it took a long time to brake and he told me off that the car uses ABS brake so the brake is inter-mitten so I asked him if I need to e-brake how? I think he don't know the answer also. 3. Waited there for 3hrs before collecting the car at 2nd level, so as Remy had told me previous must check the engine oil, so I did and realised the engine oil level is over the limit by about 2/4. So call the SA to ask. He ask me to drive the car down to the workshop again and then let the technician to drain out the extra oil. 4. After they drain finish the oil, ask me to go and check ok or not. The oil level is ok but now the bonnet area is spitted with oil here and there and he just ask me to drive off. 5. Morale of the story, next time must find a better SA and always check wat ever they mentioned in the checklists...
