Recently i found out that my car key and my friend's car key is different. My key and remote control is separate de. My friend de remote control is on the key  Which one is better? |

mine is remote on the key. don't know which is better but prefer remote on the key cos more compact

Can be combined. If you prefer it to be more compact can get it done at most shops that deals with car keys.

Pros and cons. Remote on the key is more compact but when the electronics in the remote spoil over time and you need to make more, you have to replace remote and key at the same time. My preference is to have them separate for this reason.

Mine is with remote and key together....is this another of pica's f/l item?! Nope, this isnt.. most prolly should be C&C another contractor i guess? mine is together while my fren whose car is newer is seperate. |

yah,seems like different batch of pica got different type of key and remote control..If dun mind,just live with it,till its spoil then change loh..GUESS BESIDE THE BOOT'S LIGHT,another issue in difference is the key & alarm type.Dun noe still got wat things is different..

My FIL worked in C&C...he mentioned the new alarm in the key is from KIA, not contractor...those with separate alarm is installed locally in sg... The new ones were done up in Korea and imported together with the car. When i got my keys...they gave me 4 keys..2 with remote 2 without...thats the difference..

Err...tot the stock alarm remote is the one with 1 short short antenna,can be pull out de mah?The difference between antenna got pull out or retract back is one step of difference onli...Test and proven!

My friend got 4 key with remote together... I only got 2 nia, key and remote separately... How come? Arhhhhhhhh But hor, I got boot light but my friend dun have. Hehe...  Dunno how come they nvr install for him. |

My F/L pica does not come with boot light. Is it a standard feature that is supposed to be included? or a freebie given by SE?

Hmmz... Maybe my friend bought his car at Alexandra and he don't have boot light. I bought it at Ubi and i have boot light on the left side. My friend and i bought almost at the same time... Where you bought your car? |

Where you bought your car? Dun think the showroom we booked our cars makes a difference. Cos the only collection point is at pandan loop area, everything that needs to be fixed up or sent around to be fixed will eventually be there. If you pick up your car at ubi or leng kee, its driven by ur SE from pandan loop. |

Alot of ppl has been recommending putting LED snake light in the boot but i think neon light looks better...any comments?
