Turn on the fan mode when in the night. Daytime is too warm not to use the air-con.

Recirculated air mode is cooler than the 'outside' air position... so most of the time I don't choose 'outisde' air. Another reason is can smell the exhaust fumes when on the 'outside' mode

ya.. i oso feel that the aircon is very cold so i'll put it to near warm air mode.. but using recirculated air mode to prevent outside smell from coming in.

Opening windows = more air drag at higher speed. So not that fuel efficient after all. Unless you have mugen visors.

Unless you have mugen visors. i read it somewhere saying that air drag effect is insignificant unless is traveling higher that 90km/h.. so travel under 90km/h is in fact very economical.. i tried myself and fc inprove

Some people can tolerate heat better than others, so whether to switch on air-con is very subjective bah! Most important is the driver must be comfortable, so can concentrate on the road better!

Too much wind blowing at your face will make your sleepy. Anyone experience this before?

Sleepy?? haha.. its has got to be me. Window up or down, aircon off or on, I always sleepy when driving after 20min or so. Best way to stay alert is to stop at petrol kiosk, take a leak, drink some kopi then continue if really sleepy.
My ride is either aircon on or windows down. I dont use the fan.

I will wind down the windows probably a few years later when all vehicles have met Euro 4 and 5 emission. Or else I am going to breathe in a lot of waste gases.
