thumbs up for alex for excellent service and worksmanship! went to let him troubleshoot my alarm this morning, found fuse was blown and replaced. was told wiring was fine so most prob its the alarm module's problem. sure enough the fuse blew in the afternoon. went back to get alarm replaced. fast and swift job by alex. battery was replaced at the same time. when alex fixed everything back, he actually took the trouble to measure my VSD2 voltage again. found the voltage had dropped to 13V+ after battery replacement. offered to re-set my VSD2 for me cos the safety low voltage cut-off feature(did i get that correct? ) might have got activated during the battery change. going back tomorrow morning to fix back my VSD2 again. planning to get the rodek component speakers from him after CNY with my ang pao $$!! had a great deal there this afternoon. experienced excellent customer-oriented services and fabulous worksmanship. i am very happy with my new 4-button, shiny aluminium, slide-cover alarm remote that im having right now. great job vim auto!! keep it up!!

I had just send my 'boi' to Alex to fix up component speakers. Quite love it even though I still have to go back to Alex for some fine tuning (cos I'm very picky) ;D Something Alex did and I must compliment him : I called him to check on Sony XS-HT170SN and he actually went to hunt 1 set for me. Then his pricing is so good that I immediately booked it & his services. Initially he intro Rodek speakers to me ... but he also said get slightly better speakers. That's why i went to him and wanted this sony set. And he did it up within 2 hours yesterday. And he also shifted my existing stock speakers to the back of my 'boi'. All for $220 ! Such is his service, efficiency & honesty. I really salute him I will be bringing my bro down to change his HU too ... on this sat.

The engine is hot so VSD hot lor.... If your VSD is near the engine and it is cold/freezing that you start worrying.... If you dun wan hot than should have installed in the cabin.
