ultraracing has the lower arms too......i think around $120 Actually the best is if we can get fender bars for our ride. Too much start stop traffic in singapore... For handling, since it's FWD, over steering is a norm.... How about changing the steering wheel size, at least can feel more shiok when driving..

Just an opinion to share...
supporting like? front lower bar? anti roll bar?
actually strut bar is more than enuff for most rioster here... since Rio is not for racing purposes...just upgrade to bigger spec tyres....beta brake pads n maybe lower your car will do.. u shd be handling well for normal driving w occassionally speeding..
IMO - beta handling means drive w care n moderate speed....

even if we buy all the bars that is for our rio..... that is unless u r into speeding... but if into speeding...its good to upgrade all the necessary spec of your car first before buying these bars... things like engine, exos, springs, rims, tyres, throttle, brake systems, rotors....many many... poison time otherwise, if its for normal days driving n occassionally speeding like 130-140.. i think even no bars is ok... alot of cars in sg do that..... remember: SPEED COMES W RESPONSIBILITY... n DUN LET YOUR LOVED ONES REMEMBER YOU...like one of the bro said before...

Hi guys, currently i has only the front strut bar, will like to check where can i get the rest of the supporting for my rio06?? first stage, upgrade springs, if with coilcovers even better. you'll see drastic handling improvement, but of coz harsher ride. second, strut bars and upgraded anti roll bar. third will be low profile wider tyres. about qn where, different shops has different things and our rio bros here has different items in their cars too. these three basic things will give you much better handling. after these, if you want, u cn do others like brake system, chessis brace bars, etc... all these purely for handling.. but not for power.. like bro mindbox says, dun speed.. good handling do not mean you have to speed.. just drive with care and enjoy good handling fun.

if u wan stable in cornering - in my limited knowledge, 3 ways:
1. change to coilover, super ex.. but very stable.....so far, limited brand for Rio, some more got to customised one if not wrong 2. drive slowly...cornering moderately.... u will feel super stable too... 3. buy ready modded sport car...
actually, lower springs shd be more than enuff for a normal driving le, occasionally hard driving or cornering... if still feel unstable, the speed might be too fast for the car le....
change sterering wheel w bosskit, skc 'authorised' workshop is Vim auto...get their contact from Merchants Advertisement...
wan cheap at half price - JB... many workshops can do it for u

ya..kenny's good....did my steering wheel alignment $40...poorer..but straighter.. Kenny Alignment at Ang Mo Kio Autopoint... 3rd /4th flr...dun remember... bring cash cos no atm or visa.. if u feel when u high speed or when cornerin your rear like swervin or driftin away... why dun u put a spoiler... the extra weight will help hold the car down and it adds to the aesthetic too...

oh.. ok.. but how heavy can a spoiler be? depends on the material and how big it is...

remember... more weight = more fc = also more stability.... depending wat u wan.......
but if i minus the more stability, minus more weight n drive moderately, it will still be stable afterall.... thousands of cars in sg still drive safely w/o a spoiler...

Haha.. Bro, I dun think a spoiler works that way.. If adding weight means putting a spoiler, the might as well stack bricks in the boot right? Actually the spoiler messes with the air flow at hi speeds during cornering.. That explains the functions of GT wings.. And true spoilers are very light.. Mostly made of Carbon Fiber.. bro KXG!

spring stiffener is a rubber thingy which tied and surround your spring so less bouncy.. still remember this is my very first mod i did to my ride...
very good and highly recommended since our ride very bouncy especially over hump..
