bro what i think for your ride is you need a new set of rims 15" the best with tyre profile of 195/45 . you got kid in your car better have a safer wheeles . and the next i suggest is leather seat as if your baby spill the milk and drop the food its easier for you to clean if you have leather seat

$480 is not leather. It's PVC.

Getting the safest chair for your child is never too expensive. We hope the $488 you paid never got to pay for itself, but just treat it as buying insurance. Anyway, I thought it's a good deal since it can be used for quite a long time. I moved out of Tampines in the hope of getting a bigger place since we invited my mom over to stay with us to take care of my son. At that time, couldn't find a big enough apartment in Tampines that's worth the investment, so shifted over to Pasir Ris. BTW, I lost money when I sold my flat because I bought that 4A unit at the all time high price of$320K. Pasir Ris pales in comparison to Tampines in terms of shopping and food. In some way, I miss the hustle and bustle in Tampines. But anyway, since we both stay at an equal distance to Ikea, there's no reason why we can't meet still.

But 4A in Tampines still consider big and if you are now staying in 5 Rm , i mean it still the same as in .. 2 bedrooms and 1 master bed... And how much you lost? Wow you bought your Tampines flat at such a high price? 320k That is a lot... And one day we shall meet up for tea...

Wow you bought your Tampines flat at such a high price? 320k That is a lot... And one day we shall meet up for tea... Yes, my 4A flat in Tampines was 104sqm. My present apartment is 120sqm, but has lots of place for my kid and my dog to run downstairs safely. My Tampines flat was bought at $320K in 1999 ($68K COV); sold at a huge loss at $278K (only $18K COV). Sure, we can meet for tea. I'm quite familiar with your area in Tampines.
