phlim79: To lower the height, you may want to consider between lowering springs or coilovers (that are height adjustable).. Lowering springs are opted if one wants to retain the comfort of the car while dropping the height.. Currently i'm using BC coilovers, which are height and hardness adjustable, so yes, it helps to drop the height of the car and provide increased shock dampening over stock suspension
