Why your car got system 6 where mine don't have? U do something special to your S.E? [/quote] Initially, I only ask for car mat and door visor. Then I look at my SE and ask her so wat else can she give ( OK.... dun think crooked ). She said system-6 PPS so I said ok loh.

The door visor also good quality. Very solid. I think its not those double-side tape stick on one. Got some sort of clip. But my Se she forgot about the car-mat. So will collect it when I go and do my 1k servicing.
By the way, any of u bros know whether there is a boot tray available? I like the tray type so that if anything spill, it won't damage the boot cos all the contents will be contain in the tray.
Also, heard from my SE that nowadays C&C no longer offer rebate nor allow us to bring own engine oil during servicing. Do u guys do servicing in C&C or outside? Since I not doing mods, may as well get servicing by agent but outside will be so much cheaper.

How much does the system 6 PPS cost if you were to do it outside?
Got fotos of your new ride? And the visors? What about the blutooth? Is it built into the steering wheel?

When I book the car, my friend who is a car dealer went with me and act as the middle-man so maybe thats why can squeeze more freebie.
I checked the bill and it shows PPS is $165. The visor from mobis. Its unlike my previous one given by Borneo for my vios. Its those double-side tape one and after awhile its shaky but neber fly off. Heehee.
And yes, the bluetooth is built on the steering wheel. Although I have yet to pair it with my iphone. The trunk organiser looks good. Anyway, told me SE to try find the tray. Will update if its available.

Trunk Tray is nice but unless you want to remove your spare tyre. Also if you also place things in the trunk, you have to remove them to lift the carpet up. Either way, you will end up with the tyre or the tray at home. Aiming for a trunk carpet, at least to prevent the things from sliding when turning. ;D

Haha, I gues ur right about the trunk tray Ocean.
I was thinking of removing the spare tyre, save some space and weight. Maybe fuel efficiency will be better. Haha. I see some cars now don't even come with spare tyre. Furthermore, we all have KIA roadside assistance right? Plus I also have AA cover.
What's your take?
Yup, my SE is giving me a trunk carpet since I have 2 large dogs, he says its about $100. I hope he remembers.
What about a cargo net guys? Useful?

I think better check with both KIA and insurance whether spare tyre remove will void warranty anot. I remember back then in my vios forum, someone did mention before many insurance do not cover if yr backside kana hit AND yr spare tyre is NOT THERE ( Ok... for those cars that comes with spare tyre ).
Anyway, I believe the spare tyre can help absorb some shock if kana hit backside ( touch wood ). Sportage FC is not very good. But then again, when u buy the car u already know. I rather leave the spare tyre there as a buffer for safety then to risk no insurance plus jus to improve the FC by that zero point something L/Km.

Bro Quaszar, what dogs u have? I have a naughty-when-outside yet very-guai-at-home golden retriever.
I still prefer a boot/trunk tray. Best is tray then have a mat on it to prefer things sliding around. Reason is previously I bought a bottle of sink/toilet chock removal chemical. On the way home, somehow, the 2 chemicals inside the bottle mixed together and the pressure cause the bottle cap to loosen and leak all over the boot. Luckily got tray if not the wood below will be spoilt.

Bro ocean, collected my car on Monday, sorry last minute, so did not activate the convey party. Anyway saw you this morning at the junction near NTUC foodfare. You are waiting at the light to go striaght, I am turning left towards the MRT station direction.
Anyway, just check with anyone, I noticed that everytime when I cold start the engine, after a while, I can feel that some slight vibration (machiam like engine going to stall), even after the air con is on. This dun happen after I have driven a while. Is it normal? Or need to go back to retune the timing?

Bro Quaszar, my FC quite jialat. About 11.8 to 12.4 L/100km. That works out to be 8 to 8.5 km/L. Morning drives my wife to work at her school in Teck Whye nearby and back. Short distance with many traffic lights. Then later go to work by BKE, PIE but also stuck in jam. Same thing coming home but slightly better. So maybe that explains my poor FC. For run-in, some say first 1k. But manual say dun nid special run-in. Just dun keep to a certain speed for long and dun hard throttle above 3k rpm, dun chiong like F1 drivers can liao. Personally, I jus try not to go above 3k rpm. Then cruising try some times 80, 90 and 100km/hr. But its quite difficult in Spore roads especially when u want to over-take.
Bro Hammy74 is driving Sorento rite? Maybe sorento different. But for my sportage, didn't experience any vibration. Maybe my butt thick skin. Heehee. I try monitor for the next few days.
Bro Ocean, lets organize a meet-up. The carpark at Blk 643 just beside Yew Tee MRT is good. No MSCP ramp and not crowded. But I can only confirm some times quite last min as I work at construction site and sometimes activities can b last-min one.
Cheers everyone! Weekend coming but still must work on Sat. Haha.

Guys, paying USD70 for a carpet type trunk mat is it worth it? Brand is Mobis. Personally, I find it too expensive. Not worth it. I think KIA forum got someone selling 3M car mats. U can try. I shall wait for my car mat at 1k servicing and use it till "chui" liao on the driver side then 1-shot buy the 3M one. My previous ride use the 3M one for almost 3 years still good. If wash it will still look like new with nothing peeling.
