Wow, I just checked out the ArmourCoat website www.armorcoatsingapore.com/index.htmlIf its really as good as it says it is, then maybe its a good investment (divide by 10 years), cos no need to polish anymore. Just groom your interior can liao. But then, you got some paint protection system, so maybe that will be good enough? Is ArmourCoat the best one around? I don't quite understand. Is it sprayed on? Or like RikeCool solar film that is installed?

The armorcoat is spray-on. Seeing the video, I agree that if our we really hold onto our rides for 10 years, its heck of a good investment. Even better than re-spray every 4 to 5 yrs.... everyday driving dun need to feel heart pain whenever u hear a stone hits u on the road ( especially if its a new ride ). But then, guess most of us will change ride before 5 yrs is up.
The convoy idea is fun. Maybe I even same day collect as Bro Quaszar. Hopefully by end Sept can collect.

I thot they give standard 6 mths road tax? Google Armorcoat Singapore. Their shop at toh guan. U see their videos on the spray paint protection, u eyes will pop and u will not believe it. But prob thats why the price is high. I think our sportage will prob be ard $2.5k if do it and thats wat puts me off. I rather endure the chips and scratches and after 3 to 4 yrs do a full re-spray. I can live with minor stone chips but its the dents we get when someone open their car door hard and knock onto ours. I doubt theres anything that can prevent it. Agree with you absolutely on the spray paint protection thingy... It may be excellent in protecting your paint work, but definitely not from the IDIOTS next to you who will swing open their car doors and dent yours. Or worse still, the m**fkr who purposely try to show off his artistic skill by scratching your car....there goes your $2.5K. Having said that, unfortunately I just got two minor scratches on each side of the rear doors a few weeks back ..nnb.

Else after a few weeks of collection dust grimes, and touch wood " tattoos" then no point already. Like mine, a few scratch here and there and need to touch up prior the coat, else the coat simply cover the scratch.

Agree with Ocean : i) Must do fast. DL wats ur likelihood of doing it? I asked for a quote via email, they nv get back. Probably must call or go down for a look see. If do together maybe cab get group price. I wonder if C&C can do for us before we collect? Maybe they got better price kangtao. Any other bros interested? ii) Convoy sounds nutz, in a GOOD way! What's our route? Aye-ECP? Haha, maybe can do acrobatics like those flight teams at air shows. Hahah. DL, you confirm with your SE can collect before end Sept? I have a feeling it's here already, they are just fitting it locally. Reason is, last weekend Sunday Times profiled the K5 Optima and said that the new batch has arrived liao. So ours most likely should be same ship right? Wah lau, the other day I saw a car with sunroof smashed by small falling branch that was about 50cents in diameter only. Then I realized we also exposed to such a risk. So juz a gentle reminder to all to be careful where u park. Look up!

Some fog light, emblems, pedals, diffuser etc perhaps, all boils down to price though. Complete body kit about 1k USD exclude freight. Body kit include the muffler. I do have some price cos now still look see. So wondering who else interested one time bring in all and save a bit on freight though.

My car backside got kissed. First car of 4 cars involved. Been hopping around town for a month now with a broken backside. Damn, took ages for the insurance to clear.
