I am presently very bz with a Business project I called Ali Project.

It will take about a month to complete, then I will launch the new Package.

Hi, Joey

I came across someone saying that after QF to stock ECU, the ignition timing is slightly advanced, and the fuel will be lean. therefore the compression chamber will be getting hotter than before. And we need to change the spark plug to at least one step colder. Is it true ??

I have done my QF from you and do you think it is necessary to change to a colder spark plug I am going to travel to Penang next month, really hope that the spark plug will not break down.

I just got my 1.4 Rio AT last month.
I am 50k from running in 1000k.
My FC up to now is very bad- 8.8 to 10 km/l
Is it normal?
I don't think I am heavy footed.

Will doing a ECU QF help with the situation?
Most importantly, does doing all these "poison" stuff void my warranty with CC?

QF is locally developed by me. Yes, I advanced the Ignition Timing and lean out the AFR for most case. But I do take care of the Combustion Temperature and make sure that it is within the safe zone.

Yes, you can change your spark plug to a grade colder but without changing is ok too.

Most of the OEP done by other Tuning shop is QF from overseas like Germany, Italy or even Japan. They are not acclimatised to Sg weather. For those type, it is better to check the result of their QF and then counter it with colder/hotter plugs or something else.

Your FC is not ideal. Being light footed does not equate to better FC.

Good FC comes with intelligent driving and anticipate the road condition to minimize the wastage of momentum.

QF is totally stealth and will not void warranty.
