Can fit in Kia Cerato 1.6 Ex? I don't think so. The bending and length of the midpipe is different.

Step hard doesn't mean the gear will change.
Your statement ''auto up at 2000rmp'' sounds weird.
A NC engine that outputs 126 bhp and 156 Nm and needs to push a ton vehicle. Don't expect too much.
Your car is for sure no problem.
Lower your expectation and enjoy your ride. Owning a Car is a luxurous now.
If u want a slight improvement in this, do a full flow exhuast with a piggy tune and make your ride ''lighter'' ..i mention slight improvement because your ride is an AT.

Is this better than RISK? How much is the cost and if i install it, how much will you charge for (subsequent) tuning since i am already on FDL? i guess joey won't be able to tell you if it is better than risk. It would be better for you test it and decide which is better.

Tks joey for your reply.. Interested in the QFR.. Eg.. If I got an aftermarket header and I did QFR and change back to stock header to clear my inspection and later put back the aftermarket header again.. Will the flashed ecu data still in place?

Dear RISKers, Good news to all! Roy had liased w Joey of Harmony Motors on special packages for all RISKers! 1. QFR (Quick Flash + RISK map)As compared to all other air in-take in e market, RISK is consider as a HEAVY mod while e rest r only light mods due to e huge amt of air flow. Thus, Joey had came out w this add on map to give better support to our RISK! Moreover, this is only exclusive to all RISKers!*** current QFR is not compatible to 6 speed and 2.0l engine2. FDL (Full Data Log)Most ideal for RISKers who had done mods on extractor, mid pipe & muffler. Most RISKers will feel a slight loss of POWER when such mods r done on their RISKed rides. Thus, Joey is able to maximise all mods to compliment our RISK setup. Which also means bringing RISK to a higher level! The price remains @ $480 for QFR & $880 for FDL. For those who r already on QF, all u need is to pay a nominal fee of $100nett to acquire e RISK map. The above mentioned is EXCLUSIVE to RISKers ONLY! Hurry! Book ur appt w Joey at Harmony Jurong b4 the waiting time gets longer... Link to more info, Q&A & discussion of QFR: sgkiaclub.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=harmonymotor&action=display&thread=25033[/quote] thanks kelvin.. I guess the inavilability applies to other car makes and their cc capacity as well.

yeah, i found out QFR cant be done on a 6speed Forte, really disappointed, really. not even sure if the normal QF is available for 6Speed forte..... It depends on joey if he got the time to hack the ecu data.. If u r keen on the ecu tuning and financial stable, get a legal muffler, air charger and etc to do a full data log.

Roy, Kelvin.. Please do make a remark that current QFR is not available to 6 speed and 2.0l engine.. This is to prevent the disappointment of some who wants to have the full package.. The statement that QFR is exclusive to ALL riskers is not true as of now and I find we must provide the correct and updated info to those who are interested in this mod. Thanks for the attention.. Cheers

When you have load (passengers, etc) on your ride, the vehicle's acceleration seems more sluggish, and harder to pick up speed. How I tried to overcome this is by trying to find the point whereby the power generated overcomes the weight of the vehicle. Once you have find this rpm range, you can then adjust your gear change towards this range. For AT, this can be done by manipulating the pressure on your pedal. I thought applied pressure is for the gear change? Higher rpm -more power - better pick up, acceleration depends on gear change ratio and varies to the a/f ratio.. If this can be done by manipulating the pressure on pedal, please do guide me on this..

Conclusively , car still can move in a flood with light accerelation to minimise water suck in.
Nevertheless , This intake had served me well .
yeah . kelvin. i sure u will. Cheers..

In general terms, as long u ram across or accelerate from a pool of water higher than the intake, it is a possible that water will go into the manifold. Vehicles that can cross the flood? Maybe a SUV or MPV? As for other question, I would ask the same thing back to u.. What your answer? Should be the same.. I guess..
I fully understand risk concept as I had it install for more than a year..

It is rather difficult to built enough pressure to suck water into the engine in our local driving or weather condition. It is almost impossible that water will go into the engine during a car wash or downpour even at the ramming the pedal. The possibilty that water will go in the engine is when full accelerating the vehicle when it is stuck in a flood up with water level above the intake level. Better to leave the vehicle stationary until the water subsides. In other words, CAI is quite safe to use in sg road condition.

Pardon me for my lack of knowledge. Is the impact of RISK similar to a turbo kit in terms of torque and pick-up? Also is any regular workshop able to do the maintenance/checking/cleaning of the RISK system? Thanks Its a driving enhancement better than stock set up. Cannot compare to turbo charge engine with Nm boost from 156 to 200++ on a 1.6 NA engine.
