Did u mean that u have to press the clutch pedal very hard? If so, ur clutch fork should be faulty already. Either that or ur clutch is worn out.

More importantly, how much bro I got my EMU 2nd hand for $500. Installation+dyno tuning $600. Of course many would say this is more ex than FDL, BUT EMU is transferable and re-sellable. I also heard owners selling their FDL ecu by swapping with similiar rides however, it will not perform as good as it was on the ex owner's ride. No 2 engines performance and behaviour are similiar. A re-tune is definitely required.

My tuner managed to install EMU on my V2 and up 10HP on wheel with rev cut removed. Probably its one of the few K cars with EMU installed. It was hard at first as I received many negative feedback that EMU cannot work on G4FC engines. True enough, many problems surfaced when wiring up the EMU. But my tuner managed to do some research and eventually found a solution to it. Wired up and went on dyno tune. Can't expect high gain on a stock NA engine but the tune has improved the drivability of my ride. Thumbs up.

I am driving a v2 manual and also facing the same problem. According to my mech, the squeak is from the clutch fork...he tried greasing the seal at the pedal. Also tried taking out the clutch pump to grease. Still got the sound. FYI, my clutch fork relatively new...about 2 yrs old as I changed new one as previous cracked. Need to wait till next clutch change then can diagnose.

Hi Joey, my v2 (4 and half yrs old, 65k mileage) has this aircon problem. During cold starts, I turn on the aircon and the compressor can be heard kicking in. There is air from the vent but its not cold. I have to off the aircon either by turning the knob or by pressing the AC button, then turn it on again to have cold air. This only happens during cold start and after that everything normal. What could be the problem?

I think that's because Khoo holds a full time job in the day time. That's probably why he is busy as he may have commitments during the night. Do you want to send him a reminder? I'm sure he will get in touch with you soon.. Sent already...still no reply.

Thanx all who replied.. Tried with the scanner and it says "Cylinder 1 firing fault detected" and l have been using RON95 fuel for the past 3yrs and the fault juz came out in recent weeks.. Hi bro...ur problem could be spark plug misfiring or ignition coil faulty. Did your engine vibrate unusually?

Breach of agreement. Need to seek civil redress. But still be prepared to face consequences from LTA.

Your battery has a capacity of 60 AH. Meaning if your device consume 1 Ampere/hour, you can drain the battery for 60 hours until it is totally flat. Thanks Joey!

Perhaps I should rephrase my question...if I turn my key ignition position to ACC and power up a single socket device over night, does the batt still have enough power to crank start the engine in the morning?

nope. my car is push-start and it has its setting to ACC position. I dont know for your case because my push-start overwrites the ignition. Ur ICE and plugged in socket device will work without starting engine? Does the power cut off when u arm/lock ur ride?

Hi all, if we turn our key ignition to ACC position and power up a single device using the power socket eg. dvr cam. Will it drain the car batt over night?
