Hi Joey, I'm driving an Auto Picanto. I had done my last servicing at Harmony last Sept. Juz standard servicing and I took the $98 package. I too had my front brake pads changed. Suhairi and the crew were very approachable, helpful and friendly. I thank you for that. My next servicing will be on Feb or March 2009. I am thinking of changing my ATF even though my mileage is 17000 plus. The issue here is Auto Picanto manual book stated only brand ESSO JWS 3314 should be use for auto Pica, and not any other brand. So I am wondering what brand of ATF Harmony use for auto Picanto? Please advice. Thank you.

So I usually use Mit Diamond SPIII as substitute. Thanks and Safe driving. Joey Lim

Joey, I just did my 80K servicing at Autobacs before I saw your advert.
Autobacs only did change Engine oil(Syn), oil filter , spark plug, and engine flush plus 12 pt check. The tech told me i have to change ATF and power steering oil at 80K. Is this necessary?
mine is KIA Sportage 2005 March 2.0
Do I need to change timing belt now too?can you quote timing belt, ATF and power steering oil change price for me?got promo for this 3 items?

Yes, you need to change all three. In fact, you timing belt should have checked on 60k and if found to be wearing off, should have changed then. My timing belt package with genuine part (incl water pump) is only $480. ATF drain and fill (4 liters) is only $88.00. There is a flushing servicing and charge according to how many litres of oil used. Labour is $80.00. Power steering flush is only $38.00 Prices quoted are before GST. You can refer to my website for common price list: www.harmony.sgThanks and safe driving. Joey Lim

Today did my 10k serving at AMK Branch with polishing. I liked the feel of the fully synthetic engine oil. Immediately can feel my ride becoming more smooth ... unremarkable? read on ... Before collecting my ride after the servicing, QuinnC asked me if i noticed some noise from the rear of the car when driving. I had actually noticed it since i collected my ride. The noise was a squeaky sound especially audible when going up and down MSCP slope or over hump. All the while i thought it was a norm because Korean car, 1.4L, what's there to complain ... haiz ... but QuinnC told me it was not suppose to be so. Harmony Motor checked but apparently can't find the cause. The aftermath is that after looking through the ride and investigation, the cause was that the knob securing my spare tire was not tightly screwed. What I am impressed with Harmony Motor and QuinnC is that although I did not mention about the noise and they did not manage to find the cause after trying, they did not keep quiet about it. They could have kept quiet to save face but no. I see this as integrity and having the customer's interest at heart. After 2 serving at C&C, no one told me anything about that. I think it's obvious where i'm going for my next servicing.
