bro u can feel the ride a bit harder after change lowering spring sori, but dun quite understand.. to lower the ride, we just lower the stock spring, or change to aftermarket suspension..? if just lower the stock spring, will it becomes hard..? coz tot of lowering, but afraid if it is still soft, might hit my bk on humps.. so advisable to: lower stock spring? or change suspension? btw wat is coil over? wat r the pros n cons..? thanx..

bro lowering springs is just to change the stock springs and the lowering springs is harder, for coilover it's the whole suspension u c outside market is selling with spring together with it. it depends, some people prefer coilover as they afraid the stock shock absorber will spoil easily, some prefer lowering springs only and use stock suspension as its more harder and they say it can last longer than coilover which i find quite strange. but anyway my advise is with body kit best is dun lower ur car coz very risky to hit humps...... before i lower my car thinking of put bodykit too then a lot bros advise for our rio best if got bk dun lower, if lower dun put bk.... but its all up to individual

till today i still do not know between coilover and lowering springs....which one will make the ride more uncomfortable??

Coilover is the whole damper setup complete with springs and the absorber... Height and damping adjustable..
Lowering springs is just the springs match with ur absorber...
Both will make the ride harsher especially when u speed downhill to plane road... Coilover will make the ride rock hard... But will give u an edge in cornering.. For daily use, just change the springs would suffice.

chuan lee hin do sell H&R springs for our ride @ $450 with alignment, but currently they have no stock since last year oct, Man Exhaust have H&R too @ $450 without alignment as they claim change lowering spring no need to do alignment. Racetech is the place where i change my spring to H&R springs for our ride @ $450 with installation n alignment same as Chuan Lee Hin
