Got my Carens in Oct and now the MIL indicator lights came out. Send back to C&C and was told sensor issue reported back to KIA Korea. It sounds like I am not the first. Anyone has similar experience?

Finally, I will be collecting my Diesel Carens this coming Nov 10th. Very happy, my second Carens !!
One of the reason of buying the Carens the second time is that so far, no major report about the Car worldwide. Especially the DCT7 GB which is based on the same disastrous VW DSG7 dry clutch technology. It is a VW design issue.
As for the DCT7 is designed by Kia in-house.
So far the only reported issue about this car in SG. Engine Check ON with GB too hot warning while the user is stucked in the Causeway Jam.
Dry Clutch GB is different from the usual torque convertor GB, I think by doing a slight change to the driving habit like try not to do Inching and "half clutch". It should be business as usual.
This O2 sensor issue is the second time I heard about issues with Carens. Is your driving condition always near 100% city driving ?
While all type of engine perform poorly in City Start Stop driving, Diesel engine is especially an issue. If true, you should take the car for a spin on Sunday driving to breakfast.
