my rims is from 2nd hand owner FIT/AXIO cos 14x5.5width(tis rim can ask from Cheng ann da but stocks duno still hav anot cos model might be obsolete), then fitted my last time tyre 165/60r14 continental eco contact3(can get from stamford tyres/poh heng)
if 185/55R14 tyre, oso can fit to this rim, although 14diax6inch width rims r recommended

175/50R15. Fuel consumption about... 10.5k/l. The placard on the vehicle says tire pressure should be 220kpa. Is it safe to put in to 225kpa? eagle nct 5 15"

www.1010tires.com/tiresizecalculator.aspThe above provide good comparison btw ur stock tyre and ur preferred ones.. It's useful.. 195/50/15 sure bua fender on full lock... Pica fender small leh.. Fc nit an issue when I chg fr stock 165/60/14 to 195/45/15. Maintain ard 12-13kml same driving style.. Dun worry la.. Most prob it's the right foot that's affecting the fc..

Do you guys normally go over the recommended tire pressure? Cause it seems to me 225 has better acceleration/FC as compared to the recommended 220kpa

Overinflate will reduce tyre contact w the road, tho save fuel, likely to cause skidding if tyres r not goo d enuff..try not to go too much away from recommended psi
