Muffins.. Heheheh.... 1. I'd prefer Man 2. Abt $150(Can Negotiate, Dont worry) 3. Materials: Packing Fibre, Peforated Tube 4. Not sure abt power output. But definately will feel the gain if there's mod to the intake and headers.. (Pic from MCF)

depends on what kind of packing is used(glass packs or fiber) and the diameter of perforated holes. Also, how tightly the fibers are packed also affects how loud the exhaust is.

To a trained ear, that is ROV's, it's not difficult to tell.....There'll definitely be a difference...Juz a matter of how obvious....But once rev, sure can tell...

So bro.. is tat semiflow in the pic? is there option between 'semi' or 'free' flow - Free flow means the tube no perforations? btw, do they stuff the fibre to the max before welding back? Otherwise loosely packed fibre is still quite loud right?

I think free flow would be the pipes are straight thru... With regards to the packing, they are packed fully to the brim...

The fibres will degrade over time too and the sound will get louder and louder...So need to re-pack once this happens...But I tink it takes quite a long time...

think after operate, to normal person ear, normal driving sound not much diff, mayb during warm-up sound very little bit diff to stock. But if rev hard (eg 3k rpm more more), sound will b diff.

here's a clip of my exhaust for reference on loudness www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ado3-ol-9GkI am using a after-market universal Magnaflow Straight-Through Perforated(not louvered) Glasspack muffler. I keep my stock muffler when there's a need to change back for inspection. This muffler is louder compared to operated stock muffler. But it gives a nice deep and low tone when the engine is under load(e.g. in gear as oppose to neutral gear in the clip). Also, this muffler offers very very low flow resistance and my back pressure is very low. Only source of back pressure is from the High-flow cat, but it is 2psi at the most. power increase is an estimated 6-7BHP for the whole exhaust up-grade(including extractor and down-pipe). ECU re-tune is highly recommended to optimize the higher exhaust-flow rate.

I will up-load a clip of the exhaust in various load conditions(stand-still launch, low RPM cruising, and high loads/RPM) and sound from within the cabin.
