I want to extend my thanks to joey and his team of mechanics for the help they rendered for my pica. thanks a million
I went servicing at harmony and my car broke down hours after servicing. At first, I thought must be the servicing but turn out to be fuel pump spoiled. Zul & Muru came down in two trips to help but couldnt, thoroughly helpful despite me giving black face at first.
Refer to another pica uplorry thread for details
Two thumbs up. Looking forward to my next service at harmony. cheers

I was there few mths back...... change timing belt, aircon flush & brake pad change done. left the car there in the morning and collect it in the evening. Total damage @ Harmony was $600 plus.
my car exterior looks almost the same only extra oil patch near my bonnet. (no ocomplimentary wash) I was charged $300 plus for the timing belt. no discount even after saying I am from KIA forum. And the service...so so only...think can get same friendly service @ any workshop in JB.

Juz came bk fr Harmony AMK. Settled my months problem there. I'd got my power steering rack & pinion changed @ cycle, but aft tat found exos leakage sound. Had went bk cycle 3x for tis issue n even changed out the exos but the sound still there. Totally fed up then go Harmony AMK look for Ah Hwa. Guess wat, he spent less than 10min to get the problem solved. It was actually a insulation rubber wasn't put bk properly aft the rack & pinion replacement. Stupid cycle mechanic took me 3 trips n yet to get the problem solved. Furthermore i had oso lower my clutch level there which cycle mechanic claimed tat our clutch is non adjustable. Basket, all the while kena cheated by them. Really appreciate the work fr Ah Hwa & Ah Long!

May I know which branch did you go and when was the date? I did face some internal problem with my front line management which I had changed them totally at Jurong and had assume the duty myself. I hope that we are able to provide a better service to you on your next visit (if you still give us a chance. ). Thanks and safe driving. Joey Lim

Agree with u joey. Should overhaul and throw away the bad eggs! For some of us, we would rather spend our money on shops we trust where they wil not chop us although a bit more ex than jb(how to compare?). But it does saves a lot of hassle if something crops up.

Hai, good man hard to come by. Worst is Good man after some time will become itchy and may turn bad. Like my wife said: "The most trustworthy person is still yourself". But I will die standing if I were to take on all the duties!!!
Thanks for all the encouragement. I will do my best.... and win back the trust and support from the bros and sis here.
Thanks and safe driving.

Hi, Joey
I sent my Mag for servicing at your Jurong branch a few weeks back. However, I was shocked that no one told me my brakes need replacement even though they were worn.
Is brake checking not part of the servicing ?

Is brake checking not part of the servicing ? Hi, First, thanks for your support. Second, sorry that you have encountered such bad service from us. Yes, brake check is part of the items. It should be done by the Mechanic. If you can PM me your vehicle no, I will be able to check which mech actually handled your car. It all voiced down to attitude. I think during that turmoil period, those Mechs were not in good conditions. But that is not an excuse. Let me make it up to you. Thanks and safe driving. Joey Lim

Hi all, just wanted to share my good experience. My Picanto clutch cable snap and was tow to Harmony. I requested to join the 2009 promotion with membership and Joey kindly waived my towing fees. Towing is free if you take up the package and become a member. Bearing in mind I joined after my car was towed to Harmony, I could still be charged on the towing fee but was not. I realise Harmony is out there to make a decent living and wanted to establish a long term relationship based on trust. Cheers to Joey, Chester and the gang.

Hey Joey, it shoud be a good thing for you.
For every tow fee waived would mean you have one unhappy owner sending his/her car to Harmony and left being happy and satisfied. Not to mention a service package secured by Harmony.
Cheers

Kudos to the Harmony AMK branch! *clap *clap *clap! My picanto has this power loss problem for about a month and my mech has been scratching his head for not finding the source of it. Advised by bros here i decided to drive up to AMK branch to have it diagnosed and found out that the crankshaft is the cause of it. Special thanks to Ah Kwa who took pains to endure my daily calls and pestering to get my picanto crankshaft fixed and have her up and running as good as new. kiaboi ah wee 8393 black picanto

I will let Ah Hwa and Ah Long knows about it. We tried hard to procure the parts as the whole market was out of stock. Luckily we have good relation with C&C and they agree to release it to us even your car is not in their workshop.
