Polish Throttle Body Process Need to get rid of all grooves.... for smoother air flow.. Using sand paper... Get rid-ed... Sand paper process too slow.. use stone grinder.. At the end sand-ed a smooth curve ... This is wht u will get using more of Stainless Steel Filter, i mean all filter will produce this result but SS filter will be more fast. Black. Been cleaned once b4 like 1mth ago by Bro Gresini. After some cleaning and sanding.... Polished... Need to re-sand again another time.. ;D Polished Throttle Body... Need to re-sand again another time... ;D

try to route your cai hose to a better 'position' 90 degree down how to the air flow ram in? Hose all the way down?
I rather you shorten the cai and put the opening at the grille...direct flow lor...

Personally we have itchy hands that why we happen to have same time to meet for DIY. No R&D, No Dynograph, No need results, just fun, joke laughter while ownself maintain own car. We know what we doing, so some faulty can easily troubleshoot.
Serious repairs of cause cant do due to no hoist, no air compressor, no pneumatic power tools, no welding equipment, no special tools, we dont even have torque wrench. We are a poor group of picanto owners.
Trial n Error, play with what we have, use the cheapest stuff to maximize performance/cosmetic. For fun, jokes, chats. From hobbist for hobbist.
